Does my domain name require a special transfer procedure?

Special transfers apply in two cases:

  • If the domain name is blocked, reserved, withdrawn due to an ADR procedureor locked (by the registry), the holder needs to contact us for assistance. 
  • When the registrar’s accreditation agreement has been terminated, EURid will notify the holder, via email, of the scheduled deletion date of the domain name and provide instructions on how to transfer the domain name to a new registrar. In this case, the domain name must be transferred before its scheduled deletion date to remain active.
