- Look up your domain name in the web-based WHOIS.
- Check the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) section in the results.
If the trademark is available, you can follow the link to the EUIPO webpage for trademark registrations.
If the trademark is already registered, you will find a link providing information about the holder and the registration timeline. Please note that when a .eu domain name is registered and matches an existing trademark registration or application, EUIPO is notified and sends an alert to the holder/applicant, provided they have activated this feature on the EUIPO website.
